Make a plan to change...and balance your current present in this world.
Sample:- If your body is sick.
- What have I done to make my body sick? Eating too much junk food!!!
- What can you do today to become a better you?
- Be more conscious about my food selection.
- Learn what my body really needs to be strong and healthier.
- Love every inch of my body.
- Do exercise like walking more or even riding bicycle.
- Etc...
Whatever you DO, enjoy Life and Be Happy with yourself.
