Now if we know and understand that there is an infinitive power in love then if we recognize that sharing is a quality of love - Now we can conclude that sharing is so powerful too as Love...

Saint Francis of Assisi in his powerful prayer said "It is when you give that you really received". I believe he was trying to help us understand this sharing concept.

September is a powerful month!!!

September is always a special month to me because it is my birth month. There are many websites and spiritual speakers talking about the Photon Belt or Wave X that it is affecting Earth for the following weeks.

My understanding is that WAVE X is a field of electromagnetic frequency that has the power to impact our DNA. It can create fast changes at the molecular level. Our DNA is our signature code. We are our DNA. Apparently this Wave X is bringing more consciousness and awakening to dormant minds. Other beings more spiritual evolved can experience a deeper transformation. 

With or without the Wave X, I can tell you that we are constantly changing our DNA at the molecular level. The worst you are to you and to others, the bigger the damage to your DNA. We must learn to control our negative thoughts to avoid illness and misery. We must learn to live a mindful life to evolve. 

Be in peace and love everything, even those who don't love you.

Do you feel like the time is running faster than ever?


Maybe it is time for you to stop putting too much things in your list of things to do. If you keep watching your clock  then you will notice that it is running in the same tempo.

Now ask to yourself: Are you getting what you want from your days? If not, then make a pause and fix it. The first thing you have to do is be conscious about the way you are living. What are your goals? What is really important for you? Where are you putting all your living time? Don't let the time passed unaware.


Tip for the week: Be aware of your own presence as human being and everyone around you. Smile more and laugh. Take 15 minutes a day to recognize how amazing you are. If you find yourself distracted to accomplish your goal for the day, not problem just be aware and correct it.

Discover the Spirit within

We growth with different believes rules, values, ideas, religion, fears, etc. but we are all the same: “human beings”.  Today we must know that our current life is the reflection of those teachings or programming coming from our parents, family, church, society, etc., however it doesn’t needs to be like that. I invite you to explore your inner self and make your own conclusions about yourself.

Follow your heart and your intuition. If it doesn’t feel right then let it go because maybe it is not for you or maybe you are not ready now for this type of information. Remember that you, and only you, are the owner of your destiny.
Long time ago I found a video prepared from the Brahma Kumaris organization about the soul. It is very educative and easy presentation about our Soul.

Path to ascension

Everyone is in the path to Ascension, even those individuals who only care about themselves. All individuals are functioning in harmony with the Universe based on the individual levels of awareness and their own thought processes. Do not forget "Our outside world is the reflection of our internal world - precisely: our thoughts"

Awareness is the magic word for this week. This is a powerful word that bring us understanding and freedom from fear. There are so many distractions in this world. Be aware of your time, your commitments, your goals. Who are you right now? Is your current life a reflection of your desires? What do you really want to accomplish in this life? What can you do to improve your current status? What can make your life better?

You can start your week by opening your mind to new possibilities and been aware to start living a mindfulness life. Once you change the way you perceive the world, your world start to change. 

Keep in mind that we came to this world to learn not to suffer. Learn your lesson, take your responsibilities and move on to your next lesson.


Be grateful to you and everything around you.

Body/Mind Journey

There is a big community talking about the Journey of the Soul, the Awakening, the New Era, and more. We can find many books, seminars, techniques, therapies, practitioners and even devices to explore your inner present. The truth is that none of those things will create any change in you unless you commit to experience and practice in your daily life at least one of them.

One of the best technique to start your journey is finding knowledge about meditation and then adding this tool to your daily life. If you are like those people who think that they cannot meditate because their mind is always jumping from one thought to the next one, then you may need extra help  to learn, however you must do it more than anyone else. If you are not been able to quite your mind from time to time eventually it takes over your brain and your health, as well. It can result as stress, high blood pressure, heart attack and more. This is one of the mayor reason why meditation is becoming more and more popular in this days.

Meditation is not complicated.

Start your practice slowly. It is better to start 3 minutes daily than 15 minutes two times a week. Here you are creating discipline to your mind. This is why it is important to be consistent.

The best time to meditate is when you won't be disturb however early mornings or before bed are excellent times.

Silence meditation are excellent but they can be hard to do in the beginning. You can start listening guided meditations, singing mantras or even using neuro-technology.

Any posture is okay as long as you do not fall sleep. If you have back problems then you can meditate in a regular chair with support or use a Japanese floor chair, a wall or even resting in the floor with a pillow under your knees.

Do not compare yourself with anyone. Take your time and ensure you are comfortable.

Breathing it is also an important element. We move the universal energy through our body while we are breathing. There are many breathing techniques. You can start by breathing normally however try to adopt a good technique. A simple one to start could be inhale for 3 seconds and exhale for 7 seconds, so you produce a breathing cycle of 6 breath for minute. If this is too much for you then start at any point and then incremental numbers when you are ready however keep consistency and control in your practice.

Meditation is the start to a better you. It is a mind/body discipline highly recommended on this days. Do not forget to do breathing exercise while meditate. If you research more about this subject, you will enhance your experience.

Everyday give us an opportunity to be Better and Better


What is fear?

How do you know you are experiencing fear?

We experience fear whenever we are living in the unknown.

Fear is an emotion that paralyze and block our mind. Once we understand our fears and recognize when they show up in our life then it is easier to take them away from our mind.

The tip for this week is: Be more conscious of your feelings and when you think you are working from fear then search for the sensations you perceive in your body. Learn to recognize how fear manifest in your body. There are situations harder to identify fear so they are difficult taken them away from your mind. Once you identify your situation then create questions like:

What is the root of this fear?
What do I need to know to understand this situation?
How can I be free of this fear?
Is this worth?

What is Happiness?

Happiness is not something we will find on sale at Walmart or something that we can buy as a present for someone. Happiness is located inside us. It is how we create our thoughts and balance our emotions. It is peace and satisfaction to our self. There are people still looking for happiness in the outside world and they do not understand why they cannot find it. As Spiritual beings we also need to understand that happiness is a process, a path or a journey that exists by each moment of time. So we can have it right now and then lose it in the next minute if we are not in control of our thoughts. If you are looking to improve your happiness then observe closely your thoughts.

Ask questions:

What kings of emotions do you perceive most of the time?

What are you doing that it is stealing your happiness?

Why are you not happy today?

Is it worth?

What opportunities the Universe is bringing to me, today, to make me happier?

Keep asking yourself as many questions as you need and observe your thoughts. Remember everything is in your mind.

What wonderful things has the Universe prepared for me Today?


Questions are DOORS to open our world to infinitive possibilities and bring multiple choices. How does it get any better than this?

According with the movie "The Secret" the Universe is like a Genie who said: "Your wish is my command". It is there..., somewhere,  just waiting for us to create our thoughts. So, what have you been thinking lately?

Do you know that we are conditioned by many external elements or influences? It is so ridiculous that sometimes we are not even aware that our thoughts are not ours. These are more like a mental implants or mental programming running in the same way like our antivirus in our computer. Now I ask: Is the mental program that you are running in your mind right now producing the life that you always dreamed? Have you ever asked yourself consciously what do you really want to experience in this lifetime?

The tip for this week is: Learn to ask the correct questions to bring change to your life and open yourself to more possibilities and choices. Stop living blindness or "fool".

What is Mindfulness Living? Mindfulness living is a process that happens everyday to keep us awake and aware of everything in the present. We cannot change the past, however we can build a better tomorrow thinking clearly and in harmony today.

I always said: "while we are alive, we will always have a chance". Take a chance today to learn to appreciate life and all the wonderful things the Universe has for you.
