Do you feel like the time is running faster than ever?


Maybe it is time for you to stop putting too much things in your list of things to do. If you keep watching your clock  then you will notice that it is running in the same tempo.

Now ask to yourself: Are you getting what you want from your days? If not, then make a pause and fix it. The first thing you have to do is be conscious about the way you are living. What are your goals? What is really important for you? Where are you putting all your living time? Don't let the time passed unaware.


Tip for the week: Be aware of your own presence as human being and everyone around you. Smile more and laugh. Take 15 minutes a day to recognize how amazing you are. If you find yourself distracted to accomplish your goal for the day, not problem just be aware and correct it.
